


Under the patronage of the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, and within the framework of the Egyptian petroleum sector’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, and in line with the ongoing cooperation between the petroleum sector, state institutions, and civil society organizations to support the Egyptian community, and in line with The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources commitment to developing areas where petroleum sector companies operate and implementing CSR projects across various regions of Egypt.

The protocol aims to organize a medical convoy in Sidi Barani Village, Matrouh Governorate.
The protocol was signed by:
Eng. Saeed Abdel Moneim, Chairman and Managing Director of Tharwa Petroleum Company.
Dr. Ola Ismail, Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of Ibrahim A. Badran Foundation.
The signing ceremony was attended by Ms. Iman El-Deeb, Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) for Corporate Social Responsibility, and Ms. Basant Salah, General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) at Tharwa Petroleum Company.
The medical convoy program includes providing medical examinations for 700 patients, conducting comprehensive medical check-ups, administering the necessary treatment following the examination, and implementing an awareness program as part of the project activities. Additionally, Tharwa Petroleum Company will conduct an assessment of community needs aimed at contributing to improving living standards and enhancing the quality of life in Matrouh Governorate.
